額につける ビンディ は、
第三の目（サードアイ）を象徴し、
直感や内なる智慧を表すものとされています。
また、色にも神聖な意味があります。

白 ：純粋さ、追悼、執着からの解放

こうした色彩は、

私とインドの衣装
私はたくさんのインド衣装を持っています。
そして、本当はもっと頻繁に着たいと思っています。
ただ、
伝統的な衣装に使われる
コットンやクレープ、
シルクなどの素材は冬には少し寒く、
日本の寒い季節には
なかなか難しいこともあります。
だからこそ、春・夏・秋は
インドファッションを
楽しむのにぴったりの季節。
軽やかな布が風に揺れ、
色彩がいっそう美しく映える時期です。
私にとって衣服とは、
ただ身体を覆うものではありません。
それは、自分のエネルギーや
意識と調和するためのもの。
装いは、私たちの内側にある
想いや在り方を映し出し、
身体と心をひとつにつなげてくれるのです。

Spiritual Symbolism -Indian fashion is deeply intertwined with spirituality. The Bindi represents the third eye, intuition, and inner wisdom.
Colors hold sacred meaning:

White → purity, mourning, detachment
Yellow → knowledge and learning
I have so many Indian outfits, and I really hope I can wear them more often.
During the colder months, it’s a bit challenging since most traditional fabrics like cotton, crepe, and silk aren’t very winter-friendly.
Spring, summer, and autumn truly feel like the perfect seasons to embrace and enjoy Indian clothing.
