休暇をするなら、私は山よりも海を選びます。
特に、将来みんなのためのAbundance Homeを考えるなら尚更です。
海の広大さと豊富なマイナスイオンは、
第3チャクラ以上のチャクラに共鳴する空間感覚を与えてくれます。
Abundanceでは、
最初の3つのチャクラがしっかりとグラウンディングされており、
生徒たちの第4チャクラ以降のチャクラを高めるよう指導していく時が来ています。
海の色、水平線、日の出、日の入りは、
地面の凹凸を気にすることなく、
ビーチでの瞑想に素晴らしい環境を提供してくれます。
山のエネルギーはグラウンディングに最適ですが、
広大な海と比べると、私にとっては濃密で制限されているように感じます。
山は、グラウンディング、安定性、そして忍耐力を象徴しています。
揺るぎない強さと持続性を持つものとして捉えられ、
安心感と支えを与えてくれます。
水は流動性、変化、そして適応力を象徴しています。
浄化と破壊の両方の力を持つ強力な力と考えられています。

Mountains & Oceans
I prefer the ocean over the mountains for a holiday, especially when considering a future Abundance Home for everyone. The ocean's vastness and abundance of negative ions offer a sense of space that resonates with chakras above the third. At Abundance, the first three chakras are securely grounded, and it's time for me to guide my students in elevating their fourth chakra and beyond.
The colors of the sea, the horizon, the sunrise, and the sunset provide an incredible setting for meditation on the beach, without the concern of uneven ground.
Mountain energies are ideal for grounding work, but for me, they feel dense and limiting compared to the expansive ocean.
Mountains symbolize groundedness, stability, and endurance. They are seen as steadfast and enduring, offering a sense of security and support.
Water symbolizes fluidity, change, and adaptability. It is viewed as a powerful force capable of both cleansing and destruction.
