シヴァについて
ヒンドゥー教の三大神のひとりであるシヴァは、
「破壊と再生」の神として知られています。
創造を司るブラフマー、
維持を司るヴィシュヌと並び、
宇宙の循環を担う重要な存在です。
シヴァは深い瞑想にふける姿や、
「タンディヤ」と呼ばれる
宇宙の舞を踊る姿で描かれることが多く、
この舞は創造・維持・破壊という
宇宙のサイクルを象徴しています。
彼はカイラス山に住み、
妻は女神パールヴァティー、
そして象の頭を持つガネーシャや、
戦いの神カルティケーヤの父でもあります。
また、シヴァの喉が青いのは、
海をかき混ぜた際に現れた毒を飲み込み、
世界を救ったことに由来します。
このようにシヴァは、
変容と再生の力を体現する存在として、
宇宙のバランスを保つ役割を担っているのです。
私はいつも、
シヴァの力強さ、集中力、
そして深い献身に心を打たれます。
私にとってシヴァは、
男性性と女性性の完璧なバランスを体現する存在です。
彼の怒りには必ず意味があり、
目的があります。
ひとたび集中すれば、
迷うことなく物事をやり遂げます。
そしてその献身の深さは、
周囲のすべてに伝わるほどです。
私自身も、変化したいとき、
集中力と愛を持って前に進みたいとき、
シヴァのエネルギーを体に宿すように意識しています。

Indian Mythology- Shiva
Shiva, one of the principal deities in Hinduism, is known as the Destroyer and Transformer.
Alongside Brahma the Creator and Vishnu the Preserver. He is often depicted in deep meditation or performing the Tandava, a cosmic dance symbolizing the cycle of creation, preservation, and destruction. Shiva resides on Mount Kailash and is married to Parvati. He is also the father of Ganesha and Kartikeya. Known for his blue throat, which he acquired after consuming poison during the churning of the ocean, Shiva embodies the power of transformation and renewal, playing a crucial role in maintaining cosmic balance.
I am always in awe of Shiva’s strength, focus, and devotion. To me, Shiva represents the perfect balance of feminine and masculine energies. When he gets angry, it's with a purpose. When he is focused, he completes the task without distraction. His devotion is so profound that everyone can feel it. I aspire to embody his energies when I wish to transform myself with focus, dedication, and love.
